Pictures of puppies that have found great homes. This is a work in progress. If any one wants to send pictures
of their growing pup with any comments feel free to do so. I will post as many as I can fit onto the page. Please
continue to send updated pictures of your pups. We love to keep track of our growing family of dogs.

Hi Shirley!
Just wanted to give you a quick update
on Ada.  She is a dream puppy, slept
through the night since day 1, is super
calm and just the smartest puppy! She
has been a breeze to train and we
adore her. One interesting thing about
her is that the vet said she has a blue
coat and she is already turning a dark
silver. Gorgeous!  Have any of the
other black pups turned this color?
Man she is so calm!  Her parents must
have a really great temperament, she
is sooo easy!

Shirley,

Hello!  Miss Lucy turned 7-months old yesterday and I figured it was about time I dropped
you a line.  We are doing very well.  I figure Lucy is about full-grown now.  She is 60 pounds,
spayed, and micro-chipped.  She is still very smart (oh how I wish that was something she
would outgrow) and is full of piss and vinegar.  She really needs a haircut but there is no
way she'd ever sit still for a groomer so, for now, I hold her down and trim the hair around
her eyes so she can see.  I also keep the hair under her chin short.  Her hair acts just like a
mop, so after she would go get a drink of water, she walked around with this huge dripping
sponge under her chin and got everything soaking wet.  Especially me.

Lucy has selective hearing and chooses to ignore me the vast majority of the time.  She
talks back and I'm pretty sure she would flip me off if she could figure out how to individually
manuveur her toes.  But when she's not being obnoxious, she's pretty lovey.  I sit on the
floor and she crawls into my lap.  Okay - well she's so huge that she actually flops onto my
lap and covers me from hip to toe.  She loves to watch birds and airplanes.  She also saw
her first moose yesterday and that was quite the event.  Lucy is thankfully not much of a
barker (unless she's barking at me) but the moose fell into the category of "those things
which must be woofed."  Lucy's eyes got pretty big too as she has no concept of her own
size and still gets a little freaked out over things that are bigger than she is.

Lucy has a poodle snout, ears, tail and long legs.  Her body is that of a lab.  When I take
her for walks EVERYONE has to stop and tell me how cute she is.  They also think she is a
Goldendoodle because of her hair color.  She likes to eat dirt, sticks, rocks, socks, shoes
(particularly the brand new expensive ones), and paper.  Her biting has gotten better since
she lost all her puppy teeth but we're still working on that one.  And her jumping continues
to be a bit of a challenge.

I have included three pictures.  One is of Lucy the day I brought her home.  The other two
are how she looks now.  One of those two shows her standing next to the large hole she
dug in the vinyl of my kitchen floor.  My kitchen has since been gutted and re-done but I
thought you would appreciate her handiwork.

She drives me crazy and I love her to death.  I'm glad she's here.  I hope you are well.  I saw
that you had another litter of a dozen puppies.  I don't know how you do it.  ;-)
